Foundation!
We are a non-profit, non-welfare organization that develops group and individual personalized mentoring programs for girls between the ages of 5 and 17 who are in socially vulnerable situations. We inspire them to achieve a better quality of life and a better society through the example set by our team of volunteers, who join the Niñas de Luz Foundation to leave a positive mark on each of our beneficiaries and their families.
We offer our girls classes in politics, science, reading, performing arts, English, and menstruation with a focus on rights. We empower and encourage all possible human and technical skills in our girls. At the Niñas de Luz Foundation, we listen to and support their dreams, and we help them make them come true through hard work, discipline, and motivation.

School of Politics, Leadership, and Innovation
This project seeks to awaken and cultivate in our girls an interest in learning about and protecting their rights, participating as citizens in leadership positions in the public and private sectors, and engaging in actions focused on the common good.

We support girls through collective creation processes that strengthen their identity, socio-emotional development, and skills such as communication, decision-making, and self-confidence.

We promote learning a new language through mentorship and the active participation of families as allies in the educational process, strengthening protective environments, intergenerational learning, and access to new opportunities for all.

Rights-Based and Protection Approach
We work from a rights-based perspective, promoting dignity, respect, and participation of girls and adolescents, with zero tolerance for any type of violence. Through ongoing educational processes, we foster knowledge and the exercise of human rights, as well as awareness of civic duties and participation in everyday democratic environments.
